  If I could leave a 0 I would, but there’s not an option. I had got my tax refund check, I had opened a new bank account with FNB so I could have another account for my money to go into instead of my other bank accounts. Well when I opened the bank account no one told me that for New customers any deposits will be held for 10 days until verification. Well I could not access any funds in no account until after those 10 days after that I was told I could not get a temporary bank card because I was a new customer. I could not access those funds if I wanted to until verification then after they verified the check, it was clear to go after 10 days then I had a direct deposit from my job go into the bank and everyone was so rude to me. They put on my account fraudulent activity. There was no fraudulent activity so I had called customer service and I went into the bank and I showed my ass and they were all rude. They were yelling at my children and everything I will never ever recommend this BANK to anyone. I wanted a temporary card and they told me I could not get one because I was a new customer. What kind of bank does this please people watch out Also, my account was not fraud. They mistreated me and locked my account up just out of spite, and I had to fight to have access to my funds. The branch manager is also foreign and he was rude as well when someone goes to make a deposit in a check form they are supposed to verify that check immediately. Do you know he did not want to verify my check he wanted to make me wait until those 10 days were over before they verified anything that is the craziest thing I’ve ever heard whatever y’all do please do not bank with this bank also, I even asked them if I could get a cashiers check and close my bank account they said no I also called them today and they said with my bank account being new I can’t get a temporary card so I went to another bank and they gave me a card isn’t that crazy and I didn’t even open my account with the bank that gave me a temporary card. The bank that I opened my account with has treated me this way so it took me to go to another bank just to get what I need that is so crazy so that means that the bank that I opened the account with which is this bank I’m leaving the review for they have something against me that they are not trying to satisfy me as a customer and that is sad😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

  I had considered banking with this bank but after the bad experience my wife had, there is no way I will bank with this branch. They have poor customer service and the branch manager is even worse. He is a not professional at all. If I could have give them a zero I would have!

  If i could leave 0 stars right about now- I would. I have a small business account. I had surgery a week ago- and my card was apparently skimmed on the way to my surgeon- I called them this week to deal with it- I was TOLD that I have to physically come INTO a branch to sign for paperwork for my new debit card. I asked how long it is going to take to get a debit card in the mail- and they told me 10 business days. It has already been a week. It should be automatic. Could I get a temporary debit card? No. Of course not. Because it's a debit card. My husband had to literally drive me to the branch- so I could sign 1 piece of paperwork. And have to wait another 10 days. Meanwhile my business is suffering.
