  This is hands down the worst banking experience I have ever endured. Without getting into too much detail, there was an issue with my account regarding access to my funds. Calling the customer service number did not remedy the situation as no one returned my call as promised. Upon visiting the branch in person, the employees attempted to assist me, but could not fix the issue. They, too, had to call the same customer service line as the customers and wait on hold for the same duration. My issue still remains unresolved. I encourage everyone to avoid this bank altogether as it is horribly managed.

  I have bought three houses in the matter 30 years and I have refinanced several times never ever have I gone through such pain process of fixing date for closing and calling 24 hrs before to postpone the date of closing. Customer service by this bank I would rate 1. Mortgage process rate 0

  if you want to be able to access your money go with Bank of America. This bank is a joke.

  Absolutely rude when calling to ask a simple question about our account. Wouldn't let us finish our questions kept getting smart with us. Regret 100% about doing business with this bank. Will be switching.
