A few days later I found out my sister was a member of SECU so I choose to go there instead. I called and spoke with Diontae about closing that account at PNC and he was very professional yet personable and convinced me to keep the account because of the perks. I realized it would be too much of a hassle to keep all three of the bank accounts I have so I chose to consolidate everything with SECU but even after I told him that he was still very polite and courteous. I thought long and hard about my decision because of the great customer service I received from him and just wanted to give him recognition! No, I didn't choose PNC but when a friend or colleague of mine (that is not affiliated with a credit union) ask for my opinion on a bank I will highly recommend PNC!
