Today we got repaid for that loyalty by a “Karen” employee threatening to have my vehicle towed the next time I park there without coming into the building. The large parking lot only had 2 cars parked in it. I was only there for 12 mins. Thanks to this employee, we no longer feel loyalty to this bank. We will be taking our business elsewhere.
