Account was set up on paperless statements. Never did I one time receive a phone call or a letter to inform me. Only found out cause I noticed I couldn't see the account anymore. The worst part is, it's my sons account. Sad & disgusting that a place of business...bank of all places would operate like this. They should be held accountable for their actions!
