The new branch manager definitely doesn't know what he's doing. Thank God for the lady in there doing our cds. She's wonderful ! Why he's there I don't know. She should be branch manager. He offered 0.01 on my cd . He's definitely lost . Shame on you truist for hiring an incompetent man. I almost closed out all my accounts.

I am have been banking with Truist for ~30 years. Since they changed from BB&T to Truist, the service and the way they handle accounts has been awful, especially the Laurinburg branch!
There was fraud on my business account twice. The first time Truist caught it but they didn't even bother to call me at the business. The second time there was fraud on my business account, I ACTUALLY caught it! It has been a nightmare to fix everything with all of my automated payments and transfers being cancelled. Did I mention my mortgage is with Truist also? I am changing banks for personal and business and hopefully mortgage.

Been a customer for 10 years. But the lack of customer service and the attitudes of the incompetent tellers has driven me away at this Laurinburg branch. I have no idea why you closed down the other branch that had GREAT customer service tellers. I went out of my way to use that branch or drove to Rockingham because of these disrespectful bank employees that have numerous complaints and are still working. Your losing the customers that have been here 10+ years because of this. I am not the only one. Why do you think they have 2 ATMs. Customers would rather deal with a robot than your bank tellers.
-Sincerely a loyal customer for the not so foreseeable future.
