- WLWalt LasleyJun 27, 20243.0Those I have worked with have been helpful and professional. The website is well designed, maintained, and user friendly. BUT, if you have to use the ATM machine be advised of the unresponsive/ineffective buttons. I cannot determine if this machine has defects or was designed by someone who likely had to wear a "dunce" hat in grammar school. Making a deposit is almost impossible. (Have only tried the one in Kernersville, NC so can not speak for all locations.) Old timer here and using bank ATM's for 50+ years and each time the worst of the worst of all time - and nobody does anything about it!
