I spoke to a lady that’s the supervisor of this branch before going .I asked can I schedule an appointment with her over the phone to make a checking account . She told me yes I just have to get there before 12/1pm . I arrived at 11:10 and the supervisor gonna tell me that she don’t have any account kits to create my account so she’ll send me a link to create an account online . I could not believe she just wasted my time like this . She didn’t even offer to help me create the account on line and she wasn’t really answering my questions . This is terrible . I hate to say it but this is very discriminating. Every one else in this was white .

The fact that when someone that cant or doesn't want to help you just transfers to someone else only to have your call drop. This happened to me 3 times (Spent over an hour trying to find someone that could help me) and got so bad that I actually drove to the actual bank to get issued a refund for an over charge.
