    My husband applied for a small personal loan (actually refinancing the one we already have)so we could consolidate a debt. Mind you, a small loan. This was yesterday, August 11at around noon. Lynney McGarvey was our banker rep. She was kind & courteous but after submitting our information and waiting for a response, she abruptly said her computer was updating so since we lived nearby, she suggested we go home & she would call us to come in & sign the papers. It's is now 1:35 on Tuesday, August 12th, and still no phone call. We called & left a message at 1030 this morning. A few minutes ago I asked my husband to check his email & low & behold, there is a message from PNC stating we would receive an update by mail in approximately 3 days. This obviously is a form letter that is probably a rejection. No name attached to the letter, quite impersonal. This is not the PNC Bank I am used to dealing with, I've been a customer for years and have ALWAYS HAD PERSONAL CONTACT, aka, a phone call. So terribly disappointed in your services. We will now consider moving our other accounts to our Credit Union Fine, no probken

    PNC is the worst bank I have ever banked with in my entire life. We moved, changed numbers to have a local area code since we have a business, when we changed our numbers we could no longer access our mobile banking. Called 800 number to have the numbers updated, because they have no other way to receive a code to access account other than by phone (email not allowed). It was the most ridiculous verification system I have ever dealt with. I literally could not verify myself, even though I am ME, even though I could provide everything, previous phone number and address, new number and address, proof of such, SSN, DOB, Card number, EVERYTHING! My husband tried and he was able to verify, but he had trouble as well. They finally updated the number for his login, but when we go to send code, it says error and have to call customer service! AGAIN! We call, and they cannot figure out why it will not send a code to the new number, 2-3 days later, and 6 attempts later with different reps each time, finally someone says, they will have to mail (SNAIL MAIL) a passcode to enter our account! HAHA! WHATTTT! No other way around it, going in the branch with ID, nothing, will work but this mailed passcode. Told them to mail it. 2 months later, still no passcode. Called multiple times to have it resent, and not one person noticed it was still being mailed to our OLD address. Finally, a rep I guess slightly brighter than the rest notice its going to the old address. BUT, there is no way to update the address for the passcode even though it has been updated on the account, the passcode won't go anywhere but to where the account was established because too many changes were made at once with address and phone numbers!! LMAO! No solution!
