It seems like a pretty straight forward transaction that could have been handled more appropriately. I suppose not.
- LHLouann HenselijnSep 23, 20241.0I recently moved to Apex and found that this location was my closest WF branch. I went in for an appointment for a loan. Both the manager and one of the representatives failed to realize that my account has been open less than a year and that is why I later discovered I was denied the loan. This resulted in an unnecessary hard check. It isn't the end of the world but I see this as pretty unprofessional for them to not know that. Also didn't appreciate how they were unwilling to try to look for another solution (11 months with an account) and how they religiously directed me to my app as if I was wasting their time. I get the digital age and yes now I learned thanks to this experience but hey we're all still human and I am still a WF costumer.

Half the guys in the branch were idle and the bank had no customers at that time. These guys just don’t want to take extra step to help their customers. Very Sad. Anyways, I got notary signatures from another branch without issues.
