Very professional - not sure at ALL what the other reviewers are referring to. We are always greeted with a smile, coffee and they call us if they feel there’s a problem, unusual activity or to verify employee checks, when needed. Much appreciated!! Thanks!!

We have been a very long time client with First National and was just handed off with no manager involvement related to an expensive fee that was charged... which was told they couldn't do anything..I call bullcrap!! You want to access fees on top of the actual charge, I was not told of this fee, it could have overdrawn my account and you guys would have gotten me for even more fees. Be weary of First National... No customer care!!
