Due to PNC corporate policies we were not successful in time to facilitate the wire but Shaniqua went above and beyond in an effort to establish the account for us. Great follow up and excellent communication skills. 30 Year PNC customer.

They made things that should have been simple a huge hassle. My grandmother passed away over a month ago, and we continue to deal with their lack of knowledge and care. If you can change banks, a word of advice: run while you still can. NCSECU, meanwhile, has been extremely kind, helpful, AND provide excellent service!
