There was a really nice older lady for awhile but the person before her and the ones they have now are not genuinely friendly or easy to work with..

I’ve ordered credit cards 3 times. Once they were never ordered, twice they never arrived. When I asked for a debit card replacement they cancelled and replaced the wrong card. When I asked for a $1000 withdrawal from a specific account, I found out later it was withdrawn from a different account. Again, the folks there are super nice, but all these technical issues and communications issues are getting old.
