- CAChris AOct 14, 20251.0If you dont have an account with PNC be prepared to show every form of ID you own to cash a check. Brought my driver's license, my bank cards from 2 other banks and even my passport to cash a check and was told by employees that the passport does not count and the other 2 bank cards do not have a picture on them so they do not count. My company will start charging extra for checks from PNC just because of the hassle
- GBGeto BoyNov 11, 20242.0I went in to pay off a vehicle loan, (I was told the previous day by a agent on the toll free line this could be done even with a credit card by going to a local branch) anyway the teller blurted out " they should have told you to call 1st our system down" I asked could I go to the Oxford location and use a credit card,I was told yes...flew to Oxford 2mins before closing just to be told "you can't use a credit card to pay off the vehicle...no biggie I went to Truist,transferred some funds and called in the final payment later that evening..the lady in the Henderson location could have been way more polite and definitely could of told me you can't use a credit...but I paid the vehicle off and hopefully won't have to go in the Henderson PNC branch again...✌️

Latashua and everyone else there are professional, quick, and kind. Anyone that tells you otherwise is probably an entitled jerk 🤷♀️
