If this has happened once I'm sure it has happened to others. I very much doubt this is an isolated incident. I did receive an apology from them but, it goes to show the lack of respect to me and possibly others. I retained another CPA firm out of need. So, let the buyer beware. If it is not a pressing matter then Hoyle CPA Firm is perfect other wise you might want to look for another company.
