  Very bad employee no knowledge didn’t have good training or they don’t know how to work. They need a new help and a good team to help people make their life easy and make banking more fun.

  Very disappointing experience at First National Bank today. I came to deposit a check, but the teller completed the deposit without even confirming the transaction with me first. She processed the deposit and handed me the receipt after it was already done. Because of that, my check was placed on hold. What is even more frustrating is that no options were explained to me. I could have cashed the check first and then deposited the cash to avoid the hold, but the teller never mentioned this or asked what I preferred. Basic customer service should include explaining options and confirming the transaction before processing it. Instead, the service I received showed no communication, no problem-solving, and no effort to help the customer make the best decision. Very poor customer service and a very disappointing experience.
