  I don't understand why this bank has such a low rating - they were incredible. I walked into the bank 9am on Nov 10th, 2025, was warmly greeted and was looking to get a cashiers check. On my way in I noticed a plant that looked like it needed a little bit of attention, so I mentioned it to the woman who kindly greeted me when I walked through the door, she asked me if I liked plants and if I wanted the plant, and naturally I said yes. She told me it was hers, and she didnt have time to give it the attention it needed. While we were talking, another customer came in - who she also warmly greeted, and the person rudely responded to her "I'm just making a deposit", no good morning, no hello - just rude. It was really disheartening to see. As someone who all works with the public and customer service the team that were working their exceeded my expectations as I had to quickly find a bank last minute since my bank is not in the state of NC. I think it's important to take the time to commend kindness and hospitality when the world is in the disarray and accustomed brash and curt service. A, very special thank you to the woman who greeted me, and gifted me with the plant as well as the bank teller who promptly got my cashiers check. Very excited to be banking here!

  They have very poor customer service i was first in line i wait 15 minutes some one came in the Mexican lady help him with out talking to me i told here i was here first she said he have appointment why she didn't talk to me first to tell me he have appointment they just ignore me i don't understand why that was in Bradford Pkwy i went to the one in green valley rd i wait 39 minutes waiting for one of the banker and a lady walk in to his office and he starte to help her he didn't bother him self to tell the lady ther is people before you very bad Cousteumer service

  We are having problems with depositing cash- no weekends and now today (Tuesday) I have a 22 and 27 yr olds I talked into joining PNC because I never had any major problems- I don't want them to leave, but I wouldn't blame them.
