After being given the runaround for 2 months from my mother's branch in Florida, Perry Key was very helpful in getting the correct paperwork and signatures turned in to give me, as POA, online access to my mother's account. I'm grateful for the customer service I received.
- PPPilar PowellJul 22, 20251.0If I could give negative stars I would! 🥺 I’ve been banking with them for over 22 years! No more! I’ve closed all my accounts (including my Bussiness account) I went in with my 18 year-old to get his new debit card… I am on the account with him… We waited for an hour… To get the debit card… They finally said the debit card machine was “broken”…to go to Winston to get it or To come back tomorrow (my son was working the next day which we told them) And all I needed was his pin number so I can pick up the debit card. I went in to pick up debit card next day. They refused to give him his debit card.they “can mail it” we were heading to the beach. Kids are busy. We are busy. My son gave them the right to release the debit card to me (note again I am on his account too!) and he gave me his PIN number to put in. I’ve been banking there since the battleground PNC closed. The indifferent young lady up front (greeter) spoke to her manager (Obtw the manager didn’t want to tell me..she never stepped out of the her office) The poor lovely older teller looked like she was about to cry with frustration! I wanted to cry with frustration! Horrible horrible service (I just finished w the dmv title office and they were awesome!) Goodbye and good luck with keeping customers Customer service and relationships is key in real estate and banking however PNC has lost my business forever. I have made it a goal to tell at least one person per day about the PNC experience! (I make it a point to always say nice things about good 👍 ++ service) I opened my new accounts at a new bank and a business account too! Working on closing my daughter account at PNC next!
