- SPS PateMay 5, 20205.0The most amazing team I have ever encountered is at Union Bank! We have been customers of BB&T since 1983. They had our personal accounts & 3 of our businesses. We had been very satisfied with our banking situation until about 10 years ago when the ‘personal’ started dissipating. The current covid situation has exposed that personal customer service had completely disappeared from the large corporate banks, at least in our experience. Enter UNION bank-wow! The Customer service of the Goldsboro team has gone above & beyond anything I could have ever thought a bank was capable of delivering due to our past experience. We will never do banking with any institution again unless they are a community bank because they are actually there for the community!! Thank each and everybody at Union bank for all your attention & assistance; a special thanks to Sharon & Donna!
