- DLDave LongJan 8, 20265.0First off. PNC is the most friendly bank ever! Like a family bank of the old days! Everyone treats you so nice from the minute you walk in. This branch is especially nice. The people care. I went to the branch to get some things done in person. Was I glad I did! A ten minute issue, turned into a 45 minute visit. For the good! Prudia Gasson was just a joy!! We had such a great conversation and she is truly a great person. Very friendly and good at what she does. She made me feel so comfortable and took care of everything that I needed done. After walking out of her office, I needed to see a teller. It was the same wonderful experience. The gentleman was kind and courteous. He took care of me right away. Even a fellow customer greeted me and said hello! Happy customers in this branch!!! Cudos to the whole staff and especially Miss Gasson!! I will return to the branch just to check in and say hello!!
