- DLDave Long5 days ago5.0First off. PNC is the most friendly bank ever! Like a family bank of the old days! Everyone treats you so nice from the minute you walk in. This branch is especially nice. The people care. I went to the branch to get some things done in person. Was I glad I did! A ten minute issue, turned into a 45 minute visit. For the good! Prudia Gasson was just a joy!! We had such a great conversation and she is truly a great person. Very friendly and good at what she does. She made me feel so comfortable and took care of everything that I needed done. After walking out of her office, I needed to see a teller. It was the same wonderful experience. The gentleman was kind and courteous. He took care of me right away. Even a fellow customer greeted me and said hello! Happy customers in this branch!!! Cudos to the whole staff and especially Miss Gasson!! I will return to the branch just to check in and say hello!!

Constantly has wrong account balance information on their app and then when your account is overdrawn they blame you and tell you their system had a different amount for your account. Can not speak to a native English speaker for customer service. Countless attempts to remedy THEIR mistakes just end in them blaming you again.
