I have banked here since 2008, back when this branch was Crescent Bank. I stayed loyal because the tellers, especially Dawn, have always been excellent. That said, my recent experience with management, especially Ally, has been unacceptable. Once my loan was restructured as a secured loan, I had to provide bills of sale for the exact excavator and trailer I was purchasing, which made the matter extremely time-sensitive. Even after I was approved, the funding was delayed multiple times over several days with no urgency and no proactive communication. Because of those delays, the seller backed out and I lost my deposit. What made it worse was Ally’s customer service. Instead of calling me when the funding was delayed, I had to drive to the branch myself to get an update, only to find her outside washing windows because corporate was coming. My question for corporate is simple: would you rather find your branch manager washing windows, or handling time-sensitive financial matters for customers? It got even worse when I returned for another update and Ally stayed in her office, texting the teller instead of speaking to me directly about the loan she was handling. No urgency, no accountability, and no apology. The tellers are great. Management is not. I am closing all of my personal and business accounts and taking my business elsewhere.

Had a free business account and was banking with this location since roughly 2020. Most recently, I've been more active in using this account. When you sign up they tell you 150 transactions a month; that is not in aggregate, and is actually a daily transaction limit of five point of sale transactions. A pre-authorization at a gasoline pump counts as a transaction even if it doesn't go through for whatever reason. I had to be on the phone for over 2 hours to pump gasoline one day. The next day this Branch reached out and said they would put together a plan on a solution and email it to me the following day. After 2 weeks of radio silence the ACH department reached out and tried to sell me on their services. I let them know that I was not interested and I would be looking for a new bank since I hadn't heard from the branch that promised me some form of communication two weeks prior. The branch reached out again and did not apologize for their misstep. They only told me that they would send me another that they would send me an email with the plan. Ultimately, I terminated the phone call because they would not acknowledge my concerns about deviating from the plan that they conveyed without communication.
