If it wasn’t for my employer I would avoid PNC as a whole, I genuinely miss having Fidelity.
PNC has a lot to learn from Fidelity, they should strive to have Fidelity standards and services. lol.

Went into the branch in January to close a business banking account. They said they would process it by the next day and that it would take a while to show as removed from my PNC app. It is now late February and I am hit with a charge because the account was empty. I tried calling the branch and waited 15 minutes and no one picked up. I also repeatedly called PNC’s help line and no one answered there either.

Ty gave OUTSTANDING customer service!!! I needed some thing taken care of fast she did most of it right over the phone and had my card ready for me when I got there excellent customer service was such a pleasure doing business with her!!!!!

The slowest drive thru I have been to in this area. Teller spent 5 minutes talking to customer (not about banking) with a line.
