  Today was my first real experience with PNC. I have to say they impressed me with their determination to help me. I won’t go into too much detail about my personal needs because it’s a very long story, but I will tell you It involves an estate account. I have a multi-year relationship with both Mountain Credit Union and Truist, but both of them let me down big time. From moment one I knew I was in good hands with Venus L. She was professional and yet still highly personable. She was a true joy to both work with and talk with. Even though my specific needs were a little complicated she made it seem simple. I also felt like she truly wanted to help me. The two banks mentioned above made me feel like I was bothering them. Needless to say, not only will I use PNC for the estate business, I will be moving all of my accounts to PNC. In this day and age it’s hard to find a national company which feels like a local business. The PNC bank in Franklin NC felt welcoming and friendly from the moment I walked in the door.

  My review isnt about this particular branch but PNC as a whole. I've been with PNC for a long time, and I've only had one problem. I now live far away from any physical branch, so I put my checks via camera which is offered in their app. And this is where my problem comes in. I would take the pictures, and then it would reset to the log in screen, and I'd have to do it again. It's not the worst thing but when I called, the PNC's technical person wouldnt even look or listened to the issue, they just automatically assumed the problem was on my end, so the problem didnt get resolved. So be weary that even this branch has their band of lazy people

  I bank with USAA which is a military credit union. They mostly have online services except a few partnerships with certain banks where I can withdraw cash without an ATM fee. PNC is one of those banks USAA is partnered with, so I use their ATM's frequently. To my surprise, ai went inside today to exchange a handful of 20's to 100's and they wouldn't allow me to because I don't bank with them. This is the most absurd policy I've ever heard from any bank. You only get 2 stars because of your partnership with USAA.

  I have always been treated like a valued customer here. I've never seen anyone treated poorly and can't imagine the ladies working there being anything like the complaints I see here.
