I won’t go into too much detail about my personal needs because it’s a very long story, but I will tell you It involves an estate account. I have a multi-year relationship with both Mountain Credit Union and Truist, but both of them let me down big time. From moment one I knew I was in good hands with Venus L. She was professional and yet still highly personable. She was a true joy to both work with and talk with. Even though my specific needs were a little complicated she made it seem simple. I also felt like she truly wanted to help me. The two banks mentioned above made me feel like I was bothering them. Needless to say, not only will I use PNC for the estate business, I will be moving all of my accounts to PNC. In this day and age it’s hard to find a national company which feels like a local business. The PNC bank in Franklin NC felt welcoming and friendly from the moment I walked in the door.

I get late notices every month...It's supposed to be on auto-draft so I stay very confused and have had to make several trips into the bank. It was my fault one time but ever since then it's been very frustrating to keep getting late notices and charges when they should be automatically payed. Strange...wouldn't recommend because of this frustration. The ladies in the branch were lovely. I have to plan another trip in on Friday to get this "Resolved" once again. Very Frustrating.
