  I was instructed to drop of my articles of organization EIN # etc. to the bank for review and set up of a "business checking account at the FNBP Morganton Rd in Fayetteville, NC. I was informed that, I would receive a call to come into the bank to review and sign document in reference, to this checking account. This was (2) two weeks ago, now going on 3 weeks, I have made several calls to this bank location, and each time, I was told that, I would receive a call back from the Assistant bank mgr. Shannon Hauser. I am still waiting for a call. I don't understand how or why, a bank would behave in such away, so its ok to take my business documents, hold them, not call me back, tell me you're going to call me back and continue to ignore my calls to the bank. I have received questionable service before at banks, but this is a first time, that I have experienced this level of unprofessionalism. Hijack my documents is an all-new level, who does this? I will be contacting the CEO of this bank, the BBB, and whoever necessary to retrieve my property, this is beyond ridiculous
