  Meagan Wright helped me with my account needs and had so much patience and kindness! I brought my 1 year old who was supposed to be napping, but decided to be a terror instead as well as a bunch of coins from his piggy bank that we had to count and roll. I could not be more thankful for her kindness and generosity throughout the ordeal! Also, if you see this, Meagan, I’m sorry, my son took a bite from the toy dog you let him play with when I wasn’t looking I’m so embarrassed!

  Currently waiting at the drive through. Had to hit the call button twice because teller keeps ignoring drive through to help lobby customers instead of switching back and forth like normal. Cool, help your customers but not at the expense of other customers. Been here over 20 mins and she’s only helped TWO people and I was here before one of them. Get better tellers.

  On a Friday afternoon, I turned in paperwork on behalf of a customer and was told it would be processed in two business days. I was given an appointment with Ms. Carmen Perez, in her presence, for three business days later. Ms. Perez was given my phone number on a post-it note, in my presence, and was to call me if the paperwork was not processed in time for the appointment. I didn't receive a call so I proceeded to the appointment on the third business day. I was kindly greeted by Ms. Perez after walking through the door. I informed her about my appointment with her. She seemed to have been caught off guard and questioned it to confirm it was with her. She took me to her office where she made some phone calls and learned that no one knows where the paperwork is in the process. That means that she didn't follow up on the paperwork before my appointment that she forgot we had because she "deals with so many customers." She processed the paperwork again and said it would be escalated. Two business days later, I followed up with a phone call. No one picked up the line and the call disconnected automatically after waiting ten minutes. When I called back again later and reached a kind lady (Jessica), there was no paperwork returned or on file from the escalated office. Compared to other (non-PNC) banks' customer service I've experienced, I am completely disappointed with the customer service by Ms. Carmen Perez and her lack of initiative to follow up on behalf of the customer, twice! I was told it would take "two business days," then "two to three business days," and it's been a week without any progress or answers. I had to inconveniently bring the bedridden customer, who is also unable to speak or write, into the bank to get what he needed, due to Ms. Perez' lack of effort, initiative, and customer service. However, I would like to put in a kind word and five stars specifically and personally to Jessica Lynn Green, who was understanding, compassionate, and exceeded our expectation to assist the customer during a difficult and helpless situation. Thank you, Ms. Green!
