  The branch manager Carlisa spoke to me in a very condescending tone/manner on two occasions when speaking to her about fees charged to my account. I just wanted help and a clearer understanding of how their overdraft fees work and speaking with her was a very unpleasant experience. Its now what you say, its how you say it, kindness goes a long way!

  My husband collects special dollar bills as a hobby, and this morning I went into the bank and asked to replace a pack of one's. The teller was very polite and he left. He came back later to return the one's and the he had already searched. The teller this time was very rude and told him that since he didn't bank there he couldn't exchange the currency that he had gotten from their bank. The female that was rude was not identified.

  I had to make an emergency bank switch for my business and decided to try this bank. I moved from another part of NC. Bank denied me an account because I did not live here “long enough”. Felt like some secret club or something . Either way , everything happens for a reason and seeing other reviews shows me this was a blessing in disguise. Nowhere is it disclosed “long term residency” in this town is a requirement . What about really new residents who need a new bank ? They don’t want you . If this is so then, other new residents should be denied too. If I get bored I may look into this. I have to wonder if this was discriminatory. I mean, what does it matter if my bank history is great and my money is green? Never had an issue with any bank like this . Was rather embarrassing too . I did walk in right after I woke up , looked pretty rough. Maybe if I wore my suit and heels I would have had better results, who knows . Either way — I wouldn’t trust my money in this bank after this experience. If you are new to the area - and this policy is true, don’t waste your time . Thank goodness for reviews. Avoid this place it’s weird. Taking my business to Wells Fargo , hassle free and decent. Don’t waste your time here.

  If you want to get things done in a timely manner than this isn’t the bank for you. Was opening a new account new account in Eden cause it was close but decided to leave that’s when they want to service u!!!! I rather drive to reidsville because by the looks of things only the drive thru teller wants to work!!! This bank would be great only if you have nothing to do! 3 offices n not one was occupied by a customer n I’m waiting n others walking in the door are getting service 🤦🏽‍♀️ I guess they would have gotten to me when ever they got a chance!
