If you’re looking for a personalized banking experience with bankers that truly care about their client’s financial affairs, this is the place to go. Being a smaller banking institution compared to the giants their rates are typically slightly lower, but the quality of the banking experience more than makes up for that. I highly recommend this First National branch for primary checking/savings accounts in particular, since that’s where a personalized approach really shines.

It really feels like a "small-town" bank. Robin and Sherry are very helpful, knowledgeable, and personable. They remember my name and even my family members. When one of the staff members made a small set-up error in my initial setup with my business, they were very quick to resolve and went above and beyond to make it right. Pros - Small bank feel, competitive rates, friendly and genuine staff, excellent mobile app Cons - None so far
