Once you've been banking with the same bank they know you by name and they always have a smile to greet you. One of the Banking staff members we have known each other ever since I've been banking with BB&T and one of us either went to the same College or we're just Die Hard Tar Heel Fan's. They are so good at what they do, we discuss the Heels and banking at the same time. . Thanks for the service they provide.

I have A+ credit and well established. I found trying to get a simple car loan under 15k very very difficult and a extensive process as if i were trying to get a mortgage loan, seemed like a million hoops to jump through. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME and a credit ding dealing with BB&T. If you are a member of any credit unions. Please go there first because the terms and intrest rates are much better and they are geared to help theirs customers with financial goals. BB&T IS A JOKE and a complete waste of your time. I have spoken to other members who feel the same way.

Branch: Visit a branch near you during business hours to open your new account. Bonus—you’ll walk out with a ready-to-use temporary debit card with your new checking account.
