When I would transfer funds from my credit union account to my PNC checking account, PNC would take my funds and then wait two full business days before depositing them into my PNC account. This meant that I would go stretches of up to four calendar days without access to my money. When speaking with a local branch manager, they told me this is not their policy and they would inquire about it and someone would call me. That never happened. The next transfer of funds resulted in the same scenario where I had to wait four calendar days to access my own money. I called again, was told someone would call me back, and I never got a callback. After being a customer for many, many years, I have closed my PNC accounts. I cannot abide by them keeping my money and not allowing me to access it.
