I came here this morning at nine am to cash a check that I received from a settlement from transunion. That was drawn on pnc bank. I get inside the bank and give the lady older looking lady(she didnt give her name)my identification, which is also a real I d and the check and the lady says, oh well, we're not able to cash this check. Just because it's drawn on pnc, and I said, well, when did banks stop cashing Checks that is drawn on their bank and their name literally says it on the check. She said, oh well, I guess we'll cash it this time. So I didn't say nothing. then she goes on to say, well, you need a second id now mind you.That's fine, but don't be rude in the process of saying, oh well, we can't cash a check unless you have a second. Id that is not how you treat customers. Mind you I was not rude. I just looked at her and was like, so you can't just accept the real id.And she was like, no, we already trying to cash the check. I will NEVER EVER come to this bank again. I'd rather drive 20miles out the way 1st.
