- SAS. A.Jul 28, 20201.0I absolutely HATE banking at PNC. I stay because its convenient for what I need temporarily. This Creedmoor location is EXTREMELY slow. I waited for 6 minutes to deposit a check. They are never at the drive-through when you pull up, even if you in a line. I don't like their online banking or mobile app. Neither shows what time transactions are made. Deposits don't show until the next day. It's not essy to find your full account number unless you have your phone (if you are using a desktop).

They are too busy to return phone calls and emails and now I am stuck for 3 months to avoid an early withdrawal fee.The online banking is super unfriendly, and the anchor reasons I was looking to change banks have been completely ignored. Do yourself a favor and choose somewhere else.
