The staff is very helpful in doing their best to alleviate this rather large portion of why most people go to a physical banking location. It’s a shame to see PNC go the route of other banks in removing the teller in favor of the “money making” portion of the business. The favorable rating is for the service received by the staff, not for the available services at this location. The unfortunate reality is these physical locations are slowly dying and it will eventually cause me to re-consider other institutions despite an otherwise great many years as a PNC customer
