Phoned Clinton NC branch hoping to speak with Branch Manager. Phone rang three minutes and 40 seconds before being answered. Branch Manager at lunch. Teller took message. Phoned again with additional question within five minutes of first call. Phone rang eight minutes with no answer. Phoned 800 Customer Service asked for assistance contacting Clinton Branch. After several attempts CS was finally able to make contact with Clinton Branch. Very unacceptable!
