Everytime I need to take out money or deposit the atm is never working. I have to drive all the way to Garner when I live in Clayton! This has made me want to close my account with them for this reason. Please fix your ATM or put 2 ATM

For some odd reason, they never answer their phones. So if you need to get in contact with them you’ll have to go in person.

I absolutely adore visiting this branch; the staff members are genuinely friendly, incredibly responsible, and consistently treat every customer with great respect. Tina, in particular, has been an invaluable asset to my business. She goes above and beyond to assist with all my needs, meticulously explaining every detail and guiding me toward the best options to ensure success in my financial endeavors. Her expertise and dedication make a significant difference, and I truly appreciate her support.

I went to this bank for the first time to make a deposit, 2,450 cash on my business account, I had counted the money before making the deposit, I gave the money to one of the banker to make the deposit and then she gave me a receipt that I only given to her 1,650 and I told that she was wrong with the amount the I give to her , that she have to counted the money again and she said that was the amount that I given her. I am used to making cash deposit from my business account for more than 5 years and something like this has never happened to me, the banker looked like she no has experience. I recommend counting your money in front of any of the bankers before making your deposit. Very bad experience and frustration
