- JCJulia CristOct 29, 20251.0I have been trying to get a debit card for days. No one answers the phone most days. Once I got an answer but was put on hold an extended amount of time and had to go because I had to get back to work. I work during their open hours so I'm unable to go in person.

When I arrived, I was turned away by staff who were rude and dismissive, stating they couldn’t assist. After calling corporate, I was informed that this was absolutely unacceptable and that the issue would be escalated to higher management. I understand they may be short-staffed, but that doesn’t excuse poor customer service or refusing to help a customer following direct instructions from the bank’s own fraud team. Completely unprofessional experience.

A shout out to Matt for being so kind and patient when I cleaned out my piggy bank and brought in a lot of coinage-some rolled and some loose (half dollars, dollars). It was quite a bit. He never complained. It took a little bit to count.
