  Do Not work with Hayley Szabo. She makes so many mistakes by moving too fast!. Horrible person . Closing my acct!!!!

  This branch was by far the worst that I have ever experienced. I was attempting to cash a check from the person who wrote it who has an account with First National Bank, and I was informed that I could not cash the check here or any other branch due to the amount of the check. I have done this multiple times with other first national banks with no issue but Brenda the teller/banker said I need to take it to my own bank and the assistant branch manager DiCarlo Attempted to call the other banks and they did not have the funds either even though it had been verified . He then informed me that it is in their policy that they do not have to cash the check after contacting two other local banks. DO NOT GO TO THIS BANK.

  Worst bank. Never ever park here, even if you are a bank customer there's a high chance they will tow your car. All they care about is money, there security guard is the worst I have ever experienced. Needed to go to the next building for my exam, was my first time ever in this surrounding, Google maps left me at this spot and was clueless where is my exam center and parking lot. It is not that I was late, arrived around 30 mins early but just got scared thinking if I came to wrong address or some issue with Google maps. I had no choice but to park at this location and look around walking to get help with finding my exam center. Just 20-25 mins I was back to collect and park my car at the right spot at TTEC but was surprised to know the car wasn't there. It was towed. I couldn't understand if the security guard saw me parking, why he didn't talk to me, instead he waited for me to go out so he can call the towing guys. He just not called the towing but also deflated the left side tire (later to find it was punctured when went to collect my car at Ashby Street in uptown) to make sure if I come back before towing guys I am still screwed and cannot take the car. My question is how did the security guy even knew that I was not a bank customer and what if I was. I could have understand bank frustration if it was a very busy parking but it was completely empty parking on Friday afternoon at 12 pm, it was only my car there. He could have just waited 30 mins and might have warned me but he made sure it is towed. THIS BEHAVIOR OF THE FIRST NATIONAL BANK'S SECURITY GUY MAKES ME BELIEVE TO BE 100% SURE THAT HE GETS A GOOD CUT FROM THE TOWING SERVICE (I HAD TO PAY $300 TO GET MY CAR BACK WITH A PUNCTURED AND DEFLATED TIRE) I did not have any credit card with me that day, just had $30 cash and my husband was also out of town.. People cannot even imagine how tiring and difficult day it was to manage an Uber first somehow, reach the towing location and then manage the punctured tire. I just can't stop thinking if it was a senior person with disability, how would he or she had manage it.. The bank guys didn't even cared or thought about anything other than to punish you and get your money.. This is just an example of how this bank is completely uncaring and uninterested in people and its customers. I could be there customer in future but now with this experience forget me, I won't let any of my friends and family members also become there customers ever in future. FIRST NATIONAL BANK IS BLACKLISTED FOR ME..
