  I had an outstanding experience working with Seth Miller, Mortgage Associate at First National Bank. Honestly, he is one of the best professionals I have ever spoken with. I called him on a Sunday and did not expect anyone to answer, but he did — and he greeted me with such warmth, kindness, and professionalism. From the very beginning, he made me feel respected and valued. Seth worked with me step by step with true passion and dedication. He was incredibly patient with all of my questions and took the time to explain everything clearly. He made the entire process smooth, stress-free, and comfortable. Most importantly, he helped make my dream come true. I am beyond grateful for his support and commitment.   I use to enjoy banking with FNB, but I was better off staying with Wells Fargo… Leshana isn’t very helpful. I had fraud on my card and still 6 months later I’m still not able to get my funds back. Wasn’t willing to reverse an accident overcharge, eventhough Wells Fargo does it with no hesitation. This isn’t a real established bank. I will be closing my account soon.

  Roger Stewart at this branch assured me in writing that FNB would subordinate my second lien for any refinance without repayment. FNB refused when I tried to refi, leading to delays and extra fees. Only a CFPB complaint forced them to approve subordination. No reimbursement offered for the costs their refusal caused. If you’re at this branch, demand formal written confirmation for any refinance/subordination promises — don’t rely on emails.

  Treasury manager “Joanne Simitoski” made changes to our biz account that caused a huge issue with bounced checks and fees from an array of companies. When presented with issue, we were given the run around and told us “to call 1800 number” to undo changes- this is by far the most incompetent bank branch I’ve ever dealt with. Ive been dealing with this issue all week and now its Christmas Eve and everyone that is “authorized to undo changes” is out of their office.
