  1000/10 recommend! They are professional, and friendly. The process was extremely quick & seamless. All around great people here, who understand & value families going through a tough time. I was out within 3 hours of my bond being paid, despite Mecklenburg County being slow to move on anything👌🏼 They treat you like a person, not just another number. Do right by them & they'll always do right by you💯

  My sister is a senior citizen and was told she had to post $2,900 collateral for my nephew because he didn’t live in North Carolina. She was also told the money would be refunded when the cases were over the case was dismissed on Jan 7th 2026. This place won’t return calls or answer emails. They won’t even respond to a BBB complaint. Avoid, they are thieves

  Very friendly, kind, caring business. Jay was exceptional in assisting me and my family during this time. Great customer service. The building was neat and clean. Parking is right in front of the office. The entire process was smooth and straight forward. I really appreciate them turning the company van around from where they were headed towards, once they saw me pull in the parking lot in the early morning hours to assist me. If you are ever in need, no matter the time or day, I will definitely recommend this place without hesitation and ask for Jay.

  In and Out Bail Bonds is the best. I called over to get help for my son from out the courthouse. I spoke with Omar and he said sure we can help you come on over. I got there and was introduced to Ray. He made me feel like it’s gonna be ok and it was.The process was easy. He was VERY Professional, courteous and respectful. I rate them a 10/10. Thank you all for being supportive. I really appreciate it. I live in South Carolina and know nothing about Charlotte NC. Again thank you so much for your service and your help.
