Well, now I know why this place has 3.5 stars. I scheduled an appointment for 2pm for a straightforward matter. I arrived at 2pm and was told to have a seat and someone would be with me in a moment. That moment never arrived. I sat there until 2:45pm before I left. One person, who said she did not have the ability to handle this particular matter did apologize as she opened her office to let in someone in who arrived after me. Sure. Fine. But, in what world is it okay to let someone with an appointment sit and wait for 45 minutes or what I can only assume would have been much longer if I foolishly stayed! What was the point of the appointment? They get 1 star for the ease of scheduling online, even though it turned out to be meaningless.

Worst customer service ever. Not talking about being friendly but rather following up on banking issues that occurred-no return of phone calls, texts and emails.

Great place to do all your banking. The helpful staff is always willing to assist and answer all your questions. This branch is in a convenient location with a drive-thru and atm to help serve customers faster.

This is my favorite BB&T branch to visit, and I regularly visit all of them in the Durham, Chapel Hill, and Graham locations. The tellers are always nice, the line is never very long, they're open late on Fridays and open on Saturdays.
