- THTiffany Young HigginsAug 20, 20251.0Well, now I know why this place has 3.5 stars. I scheduled an appointment for 2pm for a straightforward matter. I arrived at 2pm and was told to have a seat and someone would be with me in a moment. That moment never arrived. I sat there until 2:45pm before I left. One person, who said she did not have the ability to handle this particular matter did apologize as she opened her office to let in someone in who arrived after me. Sure. Fine. But, in what world is it okay to let someone with an appointment sit and wait for 45 minutes or what I can only assume would have been much longer if I foolishly stayed! What was the point of the appointment? They get 1 star for the ease of scheduling online, even though it turned out to be meaningless.
