It's the only option for a demographic of wealthy 80+ senior citizens who need in-person customer service to help them navigate their banking needs. I'm disgusted by the lack of service. Lobby doors are permanently locked and there's no longer a teller in drive through. Shame on PNC for not providing human beings to serve their human customers.

I’ve been trying to get an issue resolved for TWO WEEKS. For your own sake, take your money to a real bank and avoid PNC at all costs.

I simply asked for someone and was getting the run around but if I called back she would get very snappy with me and claimed she was working with a client and hung up. I was a potential customer but not anymore, I will find another bank to bank with sorry PNC
