- DGDesiree GAug 28, 20251.0⚠️ Beware! I opened a business account because they were offering a $400 bonus if you kept a $2k balance for 3 months. I met that requirement, but when I asked about the $400, they told me I didn’t make 20 debit card transactions — something they never mentioned at the start. Feeling misled, and I’ll be switching banks ASAP!
- SPSofie PApr 11, 20241.0On 4/11 4:30pm, I went there to deposit my and my husband's checks to our joint account. The teller said my husband need to be present, or I have to remember the account number, or bring power of attorney (mind you, my husband is still alive). This is even though I bring the debit card of the said account. The teller doesn't know anything about banking. After her colleague advised her and I threatened to move our account, suddenly it is possible to deposit the checks. She still had the audacity to say that next time, bring power of attorney. The bank is horrible to work with and the personnel are clueless and double down when they are wrong.

The teller was friendly and patient, ultimately referring me to Don who listened carefully and made a thoughtful recommendation to simplify the transfer. I don’t love PNC on the whole due primarily to their weak online services but the staff at this location definitely improved my overall impression of this bank.

I am not sure about discrimination like the other reviewer mentioned, but I have always been treated with respect and made to feel welcome. If I had to pick a negative about this branch, its the occasional call from them about once or twice a year to setup an appointment to talk about financial services they offer.
