The reviews ahead of me reflect the bank. The customer service is good at this bank, actually for the last 4 years, not before!..but that is EXACTLY where it ends. Put your Money in any other bank.

I was in the process of setting up an estate account and the branch leader, Sonny Acosta, was such a pleasure to work with. He happens to be from the state we were dealing with so he knew so many state laws and rules that apply to our case. He is extremely friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I was really worried that this would be a tough process yet Sonny made it seamless and easy and got us set up with a new account. Thank you again for making the banking for this process an easy one and for being so understanding and helpful and customer-service oriented.

I hesitated a first but Beth was fantastic today, so quick in and out! She even recommended Jersey Mike's Subs in the shopping center and it was the bestt lunch ever. Thanks Beth!

You call they offices number and they never answer I mean never answer, I had spend more then an hour trying to get them in the phone an nothing.
They put a hold on a small check for a week and don’t even tell you about it .
Open an account with then and I’m already thinking about closing it , really disappointing

Every time I go here it is a terrible experience. The place is totally empty there are two notaries in the building but one was on the phone and the other was too busy to help me. Utterly ridiculous.
