- MMMike Masal6 days ago1.0We had over 20k stolen out of our PNC accounts. We showed proof of the fraudulent transactions and filed a police report. PNC will not do anything about it. They had a data breach in Sept that they are denying but all of the fraudulent transactions started right after the data breach (look it up on the internet-there was even a class action suit filed). PNC corporate has been terrible to deal with. The local branch on Calabash is just a useless. Will not give any info and will not return calls. Stay away from PNC!

It is a difficult time as it is to lose a loved one but they did everything in their power to keep the money flowing to them. The stall tactics were so hilatious a lawyer had to be hired. Run screaming from this place and warn your family to not trust them. This is not a reputable business. ~rated 5 stars because I hate to ruin peoples perfect 5 rating && my family loved this place and always encouraged me to go here. my intuition was telling me not to rate the star portion bad !!
