Please remember if they are "moving slow" it's because they're short staffed, not because they are purposely ignoring you - they don't want you to wait any longer than you do yourself. <3 Stay blessed! I believe they hired new staff recently, but they were pretty slow for a few months - just means the customers need to grow more patience. :) Cheer up, buttercup.
