At Truist, our purpose is to inspire and build better lives and communities. That happens through real care to make things better. To meet client needs, to empower teammates, and to lift up communities.
Excellent experience with the folks at this branch earlier today and in recent months as well. Malinda White especially went above and beyond to help me with a tricky accounting correction.

Don't go here if you are seeking a home mortgage. They do not have anyone to help. This bank is only good for checking& savings accounts. I have been inside 4 times, each time I have left extremely disappointed with the service. Benson, you are better than this.

When you open an account there they automatically enroll you in an overdraft program which is ILLEGAL TO DO. I explained this to the manager Kim Beasly but she says thats the service they provide (stealing and breaking the law) They have no trouble taking what doesnt belong to them... they opt you into a program without informing you that if you over charge your account they charge you 36 dollars everytime with no notification. So if you spend 5 dollars with your debit card the charge an additional 36 And theyll keep charging you until youre in the poor house...Kim Beasly and the rest of them are the most unhelpful bank employees ive ever had to deal with. Long waits and poor attitudes. And it costs you way more to let them hold onto your money then youll ever get in return... Dont bank there....or any BB&T. You can smell the greed as soon as you walk in.

The tellers and loan officers are really nice people. I've been treated well as a customer. My biggest gripe is a lack of an ATM! Come on BB&T Benson. You knew McDonalds was going to be renovated and I think you could've been a little more proactive about providing service to your customers.
