    The bank’s operating hours are listed M-F 9-5 and I stood in the lobby area for 15 minutes past opening time and nobody was there to open the actual bank. Why even have an hours of operations if nobody is going to be there to work? This is terrible service and I will be closing my account here as soon as somebody arrives.
