- EOEric OlneyDec 5, 20251.0-4 STARS DO NOT TRUST THIS BANK. SHADEY OPERATIONS. THEY MAY HAVE SOME GOOD SERVICES THAT OTHER BANKS DONT PROVIDE BUT NOT WORTH IT. Worst bank i have ever had. They have found every way to not give me my money. They stopped paying my mortgage without my knowledge. They have frozen my funds over 5 times within the last 8 months. The worst one yet was this last thanks giving when I was left stranded 300 miles away from my family the day before Thanksgiving. I had over $1,000 in my account and still could not access a dime of it. Thank God I have a wife with a separate bank account.

Even after being elevated to the Escalations Department and being told they are the highest level of Customer Service. I called Kaela. If you want someone that does what they say they will do and makes you actually feel like a valued customer instead of just reading from a script. Give her a shout.
