- CCcassNov 4, 20245.0My only banking experience has been with credit unions so I was honestly nervous moving to a national bank, but boy was I wrong! The staff are friendly and very helpful. Checks go through quick in person, not sure about online as I haven’t tried that feature yet. This bank truly cares about their customers and makes me feel secure using their services.
