- JJJenMar 31, 20251.0Back home we love our local PNC but we have unfortunately only had negative experiences at this location. Megan, who identified herself as the manager, as well as a teller were thoroughly disrespectful to me. Not only was I talked down to, they spoke to me loudly regarding personal information in the presence of other guests. This caused unneeded embarrassment. I was able to drive to another location where I was helped with no problems but this interaction seems to be something that has been left unchecked or addressed in any way. As a result, my husband and I are looking for different bank to move our accounts and credit card. We need to feel safe with the people we choose to care for something as sensitive as our finances.
